One of my favourite stories as a child was about my grandmother, a headteacher, setting up a drama club for her pupils in the middle of the war to give them and their families relief, joy and hope.

Gordon Bromley 

I guess first and foremost I am a passionate businessman, having spent most of my 30 year working life personally leading food and beverage businesses at MD level. I was extraordinarily fortunate to lead the Tropicana UK Fruit Juice business for thirteen years, from start up in 1991 to become the UK’s Number 1 Juice brand with revenues exceeding £150m by 2004.

For the past five years, as both an industry consultant and a Chairman for the Academy for Chief Executives (www.chiefexecutive.com), my focus has been dedicated to coaching, mentoring and facilitating the personal and business growth of MD’s, CEO’s and their teams.

Marjorie Grant  

At the age of 28 Marjorie discovered her first career goal and that was to be a manager for a blue chip organisation, in 1996 she became one of the youngest Women Credit Managers for one of the largest Motor car corporations. Whilst training with Brian and Sangeeta using the Goal Mapping process she realized how she had achieved it. Goal Mapping and Life Mapping have since changed her life and the lives of everyone she now coaches. Jenny Stewart 

After nearly 17 years at a Senior Management level within the global companies Kraft Foods and Coats Viyella, I am now doing work that I truly love.

 I am passionate about helping people get what they want in life, and after experiencing Brian Mayne's Goal Mapping I knew I'd found the right tool to achieve this. Emmanuel Utomi 

With human capacity development experience that spans over a decade, I have been involved in performance enhancement training for Corporate, Youth and Faith-based Organisations. However, for the first 33 years, I had no vision or ambition of doing anything with my life. I attended school just because kids my age were and as a result I did not do well. Richard Gilbert 

When my Primary School Teacher asked me what my ambition was I told her it was to “Make people laugh”. I remember her telling me that “That’s not a very good ambition” and have spent the best part of the past 40 years trying to prove her wrong!
